We are working with Oliver’s Butchers and Pie Makers, an independent high-class butchers situated in the heart of Totnes, Devon. Their ethos begins with a strict provenance only using select farms that practice the highest of welfare across the South Hams. Utilising its rich pastures in a variety of ways such as, woodland reared rare breeds, free range pork and a diverse selection of grass-fed beef and lamb. They passionately operate a personable bespoke nose to tail butchery service as standard that thrives from educating and facilitating the best sustainable and ethical produce Devon has to offer.
Each pack includes:
- Unsmoked Back Bacon 380g
- Pork Sausage Chipolatas - Gluten Free 320g
- Stornoway Black Pudding 200g
Freezing meat doesn’t compromise the taste but does eliminate food waste, both at home and at The Wright Brothers. No one wants to see delicious meat thrown away and freezing is nature’s way of preserving and locking in the flavour and nutrients. We advise that defrosted meat is eaten within 4 days or cooked and refrozen.
Our meat products, just like our fish, is vacuum packed individually so you have full control of your food waste. To defrost frozen items simply place them in cold water for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Larger items are best defrosted overnight in the fridge.
