Discover the taste of anchovy fillets marinated in sunflower oil. The fillets are marinated using the traditional old age method of soaking them in vinegar. This method allows the fish to cook without heat. The fillets are then drained and arranged skin up in trays and covered in sunflower oil.

These delicious anchovies are imported from Turkey and ready to eat. We love ours on freshly toasted sourdough, or mixed through pasta. Dine al fresco, for the full mediterranean experience.
