Our Chef made sauce is a wonderful combination of double cream, white wine, fish stock, shallots, butter, garlic, parsley and thyme.

Lovingly handmade and chef prepared.

Simply warm the sauce, add mussels, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until they are all open. Serve with fries or crusty bread.

Store in the fridge until you wish to cook.
