This Chateau du Coing de St Fiacre Muscadet has the classic slight petulance on the tongue, with flavours of white flowers, citrus fruit and apricot and a hint of green apple.

The 2023 vintage in Muscadet was shaped by a warm spring and a variable summer, requiring careful vineyard work throughout the season. An early September harvest, helped by a burst of warm, dry weather, allowed grapes to reach good ripeness while retaining freshness.

The resulting wines are crisp and well-balanced, showing bright citrus fruit, lively acidity, and classic saline minerality. A very approachable vintage that offers both refreshment and character, especially well-suited to seafood.
