Discover the unique taste of soft shell crabs. 

Softshell crabs are normal crabs which are caught immediately after moulting their shell, in the few days before the new one has hardened up. These are a delicious delicacy, whereby you can eat the entire crab included the shell. The crabs have been fully cleaned and are ready to cook. 

For a traditional Japanese-style dish, coat the soft shell crabs in tempura batter and deep- or pan-fry until golden and crisp for maximum flavour and crunch.

Each box contains:

• 18 x Soft Shell Crabs
• Each crab weighs approx 55.6g
