The farming process is centred around the welfare of the fish, without the use of antibiotics or chemicals. The salmon are farmed in a way that replicates the rough water conditions of their wild cousins, swimming against the current produces salmon that are lean and firm with natural sea-fresh flavour, making them the next best thing to a wild Atlantic salmon.
